Rosary College, located at a distance of about 4 kilometres from the commercial capital of Goa – Margao – is placed amid lush and peaceful surroundings that stimulate learning. The verdant greens, abundant foliage, vibrant flora and immaculate lawns, cocoon the building inspiring students and providing them with a learning haven. The building surrounds a spacious quadrangle which comes alive with music and performances during college events hosted by various departments of the college. The college has well-equipped laboratories that house over 270 computer systems. The systems are connected by a LAN. High-end IBM servers provide essential services across the network of computers and run various applications. A sophisticated firewall ensures that students have access to information on the internet that is relevant to academics. Apart from computer laboratories the college also has a commerce lab which provides resources for quantitative research to scholars and students alike. A well-equipped psychology laboratory enables students to broaden their mental faculties with updated experimenting tools. The unique language laboratory offers students a chance to hone their language skills through audio-visually stimulating softwares. The college also has a multi-media room which can serve as an audio-recording studio.

The air-conditioned library is the driving force behind the academic and research activities of the institution. Housing over 27,000 books the library is a sanctuary for bibliophiles. The campus has a modern, spacious gymnasium furnished with the latest work-out machines and a well-equipped weight-training room. Apart from intensive fitness training the gymnasium provides students with a platform to engage in meditative forms of exercise like yoga, through the instruction of qualified yoga trainers.  There are facilities for indoor games such as Table-Tennis, Judo, Taekwondo, Chess and Carom which provide the students with opportunities to sharpen their physical and mental skills, including strategic planning and critical thinking. The college is a part of the Rosary Educational Complex which has a sprawling football stadium, a convertible basketball court and a playground for outdoor activities. Sports training kits and bicycles are provided to students of the college for training and participating in various state level and national level sporting events. The college also organizes regular inter-collegiate cycling and cross-country races for students across the state of Goa.
