Jitendra Rabada joined the Post Graduate Department of Commerce at Rosary College in 2021. He has completed his Master of Business Administration (Financial Services) from Goa University. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Commerce from Goa Business School, Goa University.
He has teaching experience at Shree Damodar College of Commerce and Economic, Margao, for one year. His areas of interests are Financial Markets, Corporate Mergers, Econometrics and Financial Services

Asst. Prof. Riancy Mascarenhas joined the Post Graduate Department of Commerce at Rosary College of Commerce and Arts in 2022. She has completed her Masters in Commerce from Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Quepem with specialization in Accounting and Finance. She has worked as an Assistant Professor in Commerce at colleges namely The C.E.S. College of Arts and Commerce, Cuncolim, SPES’s Goa Multi-Faculty College, Dharbandora and Carmel College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Nuvem. She has attended various seminars, workshops and conferences. Her areas of interests are Cost Accounting, Taxation and Marketing. Apart from teaching she enjoys tailoring and craft work.

She has worked as Assistant Professor in Carmel College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Nuvem. She has presented papers at various international and national conferences and also won Best Paper Awards. Her areas of interest are Cost Management, Insurance and Financial Services. Apart from teaching she also enjoys baking.
