The Department of Business Administration offers a degree program leading to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA). A pioneer in BBA education in the state of Goa, the course has been developing young minds and creating entrepreneurs since 2000. The course is self-financed and is affiliated to the Goa University

Ms. Neshca Da Costa has been working in the Department of Business Administration as an Assistant Professor since 2015. She is a certified TL 9000 internal auditor. Her subjects of expertise include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Retail Management and Case Writing and Analysis. She has also worked in the corporate field in Kuwait for a giant retail conglomerate Landmark Group in a managerial position in addition to the working experience gained at CommScope India. She is an Alumni of Rosary College.

Mr. Salman holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in
Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). His areas of interest are Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Mining, Mathematical Modeling, Operations Research, Production & Operations Management.
He is a Certified Six Sigma Executive- Black Belt (CSSE-BB). He is trained in Classical Carnatic Sangeet (Vocals). He is pursuing Ph.D. from Goa University.

Asst. Prof. Thereza Lavita D’costa has rejoined the Department of Business Administration of Rosary College in September 2020. She has also worked in the BBA Department of the College from 2011 till 2015. She completed her Masters in Commerce from the University of Mumbai specializing in Accounts. She has also completed her MBA from ICFAI University with a specialization in Finance. She has worked as an Excise Executive handling all the Excise processes for Tonia Group, Goa. As a person she takes a keen interest to learn as well as share her knowledge and experience with the people around her.

Asst. Prof. Sasha S. Pereira has been working in the Department of English at Rosary College since 2018. She completed her Masters in English from Goa University in 2016. At Rosary College, she teaches papers dealing with language, communication, literature and film studies to the first, second and third year students of the college. Apart from making the English language more accessible to young students, she has a passion for reading, writing, theatre and travelling.
