The Department of Business Administration offers a degree program leading to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA). A pioneer in BBA education in the state of Goa, the course has been developing young minds and creating entrepreneurs since 2000. The course is self-financed and is affiliated to the Goa University

Asst. Prof. Thereza Lavita D’costa has rejoined the Department of Business Administration of Rosary College in September 2020. She has also worked in the BBA Department of the College from 2011 till 2015. She completed her Masters in Commerce from the University of Mumbai specializing in Accounts. She has also completed her MBA from ICFAI University with a specialization in Finance. She has worked as an Excise Executive handling all the Excise processes for Tonia Group, Goa. As a person she takes a keen interest to learn as well as share her knowledge and experience with the people around her.

He is a Certified Six Sigma Executive- Black Belt (CSSE-BB). He is trained in Classical Carnatic Sangeet (Vocals). He is pursuing Ph.D. from Goa University.

Prior to teaching, I have experience as an AI tutor; training and editing AI models to work effectively. As a teacher, I aim to make learning fun and interactive. In addition, I have been performing in choirs and teaching piano for over eight years.
